I specialize in representing companies with their industrial real estate transactions in the Greater Houston Texas area. Entering my fifth year in commercial real estate, I focus on representing institutional industrial developers and investors. I believe in new technology to maximize property exposure and create demand for investment grade industrial real estate.
PAST PROJECTS
While focusing on strictly industrial real estate since the beginning of my career, I have been able to gain experience working on a wide range of projects. Projects include small single tenant office/warehouse buildings, crane served fabrication/manufacturing buildings as well as investment grade bulk distribution centers.

In just four years I have won assignments with three publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) as well as represented multiple Texas based real estate investors. I have enjoyed success with investors large and small by understanding clear objectives and goals and implementing customized marketing plans.

Entering his fifth year in commercial real estate brokerage, Ryan has been able to complete over 130 transactions totaling over 1,000,000 SF of transactions and worth more than $150,000,000 in total compensation.
