In later 2015 I was successful in conducting a sale lease transaction for a good client of mine. My client owned a 27,500 SF crane served facility on 3.75 acres and realized it was a good time to exit the ownership side but continue to leasing the property for his USA based operation. We were able to identify a buyer and execute a sale contract with favorable lease terms for our client.
In 2017 I represented DCT Industrial in the marketing and leasing of a 52,000 SF building in the Central Green FTZ. Through a refreshed marketing plan and a proactive leasing approach we were able to help DCT secure a National Credit Tenant on a 10 year lease.
Liberty Property Trust awarded me the leasing for Pinemont Service Center in early 2017 after filling two of their vacancies with clients of mine. The park includes three (3) buildings totaling 75,000 SF. Each building offers different loading options
One of the first leasing projects I worked on was a family owned industrial park comprised of nine (9) buildings totaling 114,000 SF. Suites ranged in size from 4,000 SF to 24,000 SF and the park offered additional outside storage that could cater to trucking companies. I was able to consistently able to keep the park fully occupied spanning a two year period.
